The Yu Emotion Science Lab (YES Lab) is inviting talented and motivated scientists to join forces with us in studying the relationship between emotion and morality. Interested applicants are advised to refer to the Research page for ongoing projects. New ideas along similar lines are welcomed. Currently, we have 2 types of positions available.

Graduate Students

Graduate student recruitment is through the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences (PBS) at UCSB. For information about the graduate program, including application information, see here. Undergraduate Researchers

The YES Lab encourages motivated and reliable volunteer research assistants (RAs) to join the lab. The responsibilities of RAs include helping with running lab-based and online behavioral experiments, data cleaning and analysis, and conducting literature reviews. Independent research projects are also available for devoted and outstanding RAs. Interested applicants are advised to fill out this Form.
